What Is A Trademark?

A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol, or design that is used to identify and represent a company or product. Trademarks are usually marked with either a ™ or an ® symbol. The ™ designates an unregistered trademark, while an ® designates a registered trademark.

ZEUS TRADEMARKS

The trademarks of Zeus Company LLC (“Zeus”) are used all over the world to signify the quality and excellence for which Zeus is known. Zeus also uses trademarks to help identify and distinguish its own products and solutions from the product offerings of others.

General Zeus Trademark Usage Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to the use of all Zeus trademarks:

1. Use appropriate markings. Always designate the trademark with the appropriate ™ or ® symbol. Also, the first usage or most prominent usage of a Zeus product name should be preceded by the Zeus mark. The applicable markings should be placed beside the mark on the product itself, any packaging for the product, all marketing or other appropriate documentation.
2. Attribute ownership of Zeus trademarks to Zeus. When using any Zeus trademark, please include the trademark notice below:

3. Logos. You may not use any Zeus logo without a trademark license from Zeus. Please contact Zeus if you require further guidance on proper trademark usage.
4. Please do not use our trademarks on any website that contains or displays adult content, promotes gambling, involves the sales of alcohol or tobacco, or violates applicable laws.
5. Please do not display a Zeus trademark in a manner that is (at Zeus’ sole discretion), unfair, misleading, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene, or otherwise objectionable to Zeus.

To the extent a name or logo does not appear on this list, it does not constitute a waiver of any and all intellectual property rights that Zeus or its affiliates has established in any of its products, features, or service names or logos.
