Zeus Appoints New Chief Financial Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth

Zeus, a world leader in polymer extrusion and catheter manufacturing, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Sette as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With more than a decade of experience in the medical device field, Sette brings a wealth of financial expertise and strategic leadership to help drive the company’s next stage of growth following its recent acquisition by EQT.

Sette has an impressive track record of guiding financial strategies at top-tier medical device companies, specializing in scaling operations, driving profitability, and delivering shareholder value. Before joining Zeus, Sette served as the CFO at Spectra Medical Devices, a leading contract manufacturing company. Prior to that, he held a series of roles with increasing responsibility at Becton Dickinson (BD), where he was ultimately responsible for the global FP&A process for a $1.5B business unit.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tim to the Zeus leadership team,” said Paddy O’Brien, CEO of Zeus. “With his deep industry expertise and proven financial acumen, Tim is exactly the leader we need to strengthen our financial strategy and operational performance. We are confident he will play a pivotal role in helping us realize our ambitious growth plans.”

As CFO, Sette will oversee all financial functions, including strategic planning, risk management, and investor relations, while collaborating with the executive team to advance the company’s goal of becoming the preferred partner for the world’s leading medtech OEMs.

“I am excited to join Zeus at such a transformative time in its journey,” said Tim Sette, the newly appointed CFO. “The company is well-positioned to capitalize on market opportunities, and I look forward to working closely with the leadership team to execute a financial strategy that supports sustainable growth and delivers long-term value to our customers, investors, and stakeholders.”

Zeus has rapidly expanded its portfolio of innovative medical devices, earning a reputation for cutting-edge technology and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. The addition of Sette to the management team underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing its financial and operational leadership as it embarks on this exciting new chapter.
