Spiral Cut Tubing

Zeus Spiral-Cut Cable Wrap Tubing is an expandable highly flexible wrap for harnessing and insulating wires, cable, hoses, and other bundles.

When installed over wire bundles, Zeus Cable Wrap provides openings which allow individual leads to be "broken out" at any point making it ideal for custom wiring and areas requiring frequent changing and servicing.

Wide ranges of custom colors are available for line or process identification including vibrant colors and striped spiral wrap. Teflon® resins provide a strong grip due to their memory properties and the proprietary manufacturing methods developed by Zeus.

The expandable tubular configuration of spiral wrap allows it to be applied and removed without the adhesives and residues left by tape. Zeus Spiral-Cut Cable Wrap Tubing is extruded to close tolerances and then precision cut. Supplied in natural unless otherwise specified. Mil Std. 104 code colors on request. Please use the chart below and letters shown when ordering. Available in "Right" and "Left" cut for user convenience. Other resins, custom sizes, and colors available.
